Based on video at Vitamix site, although I just use an old Kitchenaid blender. For the mango, papaya, strawberries, and pineapple I just use 8 oz of a bag of frozen tropical fruit from Costco. Really tasty, with no hint of the spinach in there apart from the color. Comes out nice and cold just from using the frozen fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Green smoothie

4 oz grapes
2 oz banana (1/2 of whole)
2 oz mango, frozen chunks
2 oz pineapple, frozen chunks
2 oz papaya, frozen chunks
2 oz strawberries, frozen
2 oz spinach, frozen chopped

Recipe Directions for Green smoothie

Blend on highest setting for 3 minutes.
