This smoothie is so easy and can be made in many different ways. This is my favorite combination (it tastes like a banana milkshake!) but I also love to add fresh or frozen berries.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 c Spinach
1/4 c Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 c Non-Fat Vanilla Soy Milk
1 T Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Banana

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour and enjoy!
