Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 medium Banana
1/4 cup Raw Almonds
2 cup Lettuce
1 cup Strawberries
1/3 cup Grapes
1 1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 tbsp avocado
1 1/2 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

puree nuts with a bit of milk, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if it's too thick.
