Lactose free, healthy and filling breakfast, full of fresh fruit for those with limited time.

Recipe Ingredients for Green smoothie

1 cup frozen spinach
1 banana
1 small apple
2 1/2 cups oat milk
1 tbsp bran flakes

Recipe Directions for Green smoothie

  1. I use organic fruits and veg whenever possible.

  2. Place the spinach in the blender overnight to defrost. In the morning add fresh or frozen banana chucks, cored apple (I use a round apple slicer normally used for apple pie makers - very fast), bran and oat milk. If you like it sweeter, add some honey.

  3. Spinach can also be substituted with other greens.

  4. Enjoy!
