1 avocado,+NS+as+to+Florida+or+California avacado
1 small banana
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon honey
125 g PC Greek Yogurt Cranberry Raspberry
250 g PC Organics Almond Milk Original Unsweetened
