Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 serving why protein powder by 365
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Flaxseed
1 cup, chopped Collards
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Blend it all together. Bananas are good to add frozen.
