A healthy, tasty lean and mean green smoothie.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 cups water
1 1/2 cup raw Kale
1/2 cup raw spinach
1/2 fresh pear
1 banana
1 cup mangoes
64 g ice
2 tbsp ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Blend it all together. Don't break your blender, do it in small bits if you have to. Or get a Blendtec.

  2. Enjoy.
