Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 cup, chopped Kale
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
8 oz FAGE Total 0%
1.5 cup Mixed Fruit
0.25 cup, whole Almonds
2 oz Brown FlaxSeed Meal

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

combine all ingredients in a blender till smooth. May need to soak the almonds overnight first before using if you have a standard blender.
