Smoothie made with greens, even more can go in than I listed. add fruit and water and ice

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 cup Spinach
2 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
0.5 cup Parsley
2 cup, chopped Kale
3/4 cup Mixed Fruit
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 fruit without seeds Lemons
1 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
1 cup, unthawed Blackberries
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Put 2 cups of water in Blendtec blender, add stevia sweetener if desired, load some greens and blend till liquid, keep adding till it gets to the 5 cup mark! (this may be more greens than listed) Then add fruit til full and blend add ice at end if needed to make it colder and thicker. If you use all froz. fruit it will be thick.
