Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1/2 cup water
1/2 apple
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1 tablespoon honey
1 banana
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender such as a vitamix. Mix until nice smooth texture and then enjoy as a healthy snack or breakfast.
