Green smoothie with no flaxseed oil or super seed

Recipe Ingredients for Green smoothie

1/2 banana
1 cup strawberry
1 mango
1 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
2 tbsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Green smoothie

  1. place 1 cup of water in blender

  2. place splenda and any extracts

  3. place spinach in blender and blend until shredded

  4. add fresh fruits

  5. add frozen fruits

  6. add ice

  7. blend on high for 1-2 minutes
