Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 c fresh spinach
1 banana, cut into chunks
1/2 c frozen fruit (not berries)
2 T Flax seed meal

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Add ingredients to blender in the order stated above. Blend until fruit is just smooth. Do not over blend.
