Nutritious green drink, low calories, high energy

Recipe Ingredients for Green smoothie

3 cups kale leaves
3 1/2 cups spinach leaves
2/3 cup carrots
1 banana
1/2 apple
1 cup strawberries
3/4 cups blueberries
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple

Recipe Directions for Green smoothie

  1. The amount of water depends of the consistency desired. Star with smaller amounts and add more if desired. Also, can add ice for colder drinks.

  2. Blueberries, strawberries and pineapple can be frozen.

  3. Blend in Vitamix or similar type of blenders.
