A great "pick-me-up" full of vitamins

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 cups vanilla soy milk
2 cups kale
2 cups spinach
7 strawberries
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Pour soy milk into blender. Press in Kale and Spinach and add fruit on top. Blend at top speed (I use a Vita Mix) till all is liquified. Enjoy!
