A wonderful drink filled with wonderful vitamins and minerals.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

16 oz. Water
1 cup Greens, Dandelion
1 cup Greens, Mustard
15 leaves Lettuce, Romaine
1 medium banana
1 peach
1/2 cup pineapple

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Place all the fruit in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add all the greens, and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
