This is what I put in my smoothie on the first week of September

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
4 fruit 2-1/4" high x 2-1/2" dia Pears, Asian
4 apricot Apricots
1 cup, cubes Avocados

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. fill the blender half full of water and all the way full with spinach and kale.

  2. Blend

  3. Add fruit at least one of the fruit is frozen or add ice.
