Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 serving Spinach
6 oz Organic Kales
1 cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 serving Coconut Milk
1 scoop Protein
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Puree the greens in the blender with enough of the milk to blend.

  2. Add other ingredients and mix.

  3. Add crushed ice and stir.

  4. Enjoy!
