My green smoothie! This recipe packs tons of nutrients, is delicious and will keep you full for hours!

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1/2 melon, small (about 4-1/4" dia) Melons, Cantaloupe
2 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Crushed Pineapple
1/8 cup Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
1/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 berry Strawberries
1/4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 large (2-3/4" dia) (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Peaches

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high to desired consistency. Add ice for more smoothie or to your own desired smoothie consistency!
