Green Smoothie created to drink to replace breakfast and lunch meals.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

3 cups Organic Spinach
6 fl oz Orange Juice
8 oz Water
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup slices Cucumber
1 cup Fresh Frozen Mango Chunks
1 tbsp Chia Seed
3.5 grams Seaweed, Spirulina, Dried
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil, Organic

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Pour wet ingredients in Vita Mix or Blender, then add fruit and vegetables, adding 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend well until mixture is of a smooth consistency. If mixture is too thick, add water to thin; or if mixture is too thin, add more ice.
