Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 serving Vega One Powder (1 scoop)
4 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
5 pieces Carrots Baby Cut
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 cup Mixed Fruit
1 tsp Juice Lemon from Concentrate

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Place spinach, kale and milk in blender, turn blender on.

  2. Add just enough water to get the kale and spinach blending, blend for a few minutes.

  3. Add other ingredients one at a time.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Stores well in the fridge.

  6. You can use any sort of protein powder if you wish.
