A spinach smoothie - looks kind of gross, but actually quite delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Spinach
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tsp, whole Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Blend together the banana, spinach and 1/2 c milk and make a smooth purée. Add remaining milk and flax seed and blend.
