Makes 1 serving



Green smoothie full of fruits and vegetables. You can add anything you want to it in whatever quantity to fit your taste. I make it in the morning and drink it throughout the day to satisfy in between meals hunger.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

8 oz Pineapple Juice
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, chopped(36 g) Collards
1/2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli
6 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1/2 cup whole Red Seedless Grapes
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 Medium Clementines

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

Place all into the blender a few ingredients at a time. Blend until smooth or desired consistency. Add water to thin if needed.
