Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie

2 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Almond Milk

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie

  1. Add kale( leaves, removed from the center stalk) and almond milk to the blender, and blend until there are no large bits of kale.

  2. Add frozen banana and 1/2 pear (peeled & sliced), and blend until smooth.
