Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie Dip

1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup kale
2 cabbage leaves
1 carrot
1/4 cup red bell pepper
2 tsp jalapeno
1 tomato
1 cup cauliflower
1 beet
1 celery stalk
2 slices onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 sweet potato
1 tsp ginger root
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie Dip

  1. thinly slice sweet potato and set aside

  2. chunk up the remaining veggies

  3. toss all into blender

  4. add a little water

  5. blend until smooth
