My favorite breakfast/lunch combo on busy days

Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie Brunch

1 serving Flaxseed Meal
3 cup, chopped Kale
12 oz Orange Juice, Chilled, Includes From Concentrate
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.25 tablespoon Seaweed, Spirulina, Dried
3 medium Carrots, Baby
0.25 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie Brunch

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Blend in ice as needed to reach desired consistency

  3. Keep cold and serve same day
