Recipe Ingredients for Green Smoothie for 2

1 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2.5 oz Spinach
3/4 cup Sliced Peaches
3 berry Strawberries
1 wedge (1/8 of 5-1/4" dia melon) Melons, Honeydew
0.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
0.5 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tea bag 100% Natural Green Tea
3 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Smoothie for 2

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. Serve in two glasses.
