this is a seasoning for any type of meat or vegetable dishes, cooked or as salad dressings, add yogurt, sourcream, butter milk or oil and vinegar to taste

Recipe Ingredients for green seasoning

2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup garlic
1/4 cup chopped ginger
1/4 cup scotch bonnet pepper
2 cups chopped cilantro
1/2 cup mint
1/2 cup thyme
1/2 cup basil
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tbls salt
3 tbls pepper

Recipe Directions for green seasoning

put all ingredients except oil, salt and blackpepper,into a blender or food processor pulse to whatever texture u like---------- add salt, pepper and oil and mix. put into jars and add little more oil at top to keep air from penetrating through cover tightly and refridgerate. Season meats and vegetables as needed, good for stew, bbq, curries or use for salsas. This can be used for anything as well any herbs can be mix an match to suit your taste
