1 1/2 cup baby spinach
1 cup romaine
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp grapeseed oil vegenaise
2 3/5 oz pink salmon

Recipe Directions for Green Salmon Salad and Crackers

  1. Mix vegenaise with salmon & seasoning.

  2. Spread on top of salad.

  3. Pour on dressing.
