Recipe Ingredients for Green Salad with Warm Dressing

45 g baby spinach
100 g lettuce
1 avocado, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe Directions for Green Salad with Warm Dressing

  1. Mix spinach, lettuce and avocado

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and fry seeds until they start to turn golden - Remove and cool in pan

  3. Add lemon juice, remaining oil and mustard to the pan and stir

  4. While still warm pour over the salad and toss gently
