Recipe Ingredients for GREEN SALAD

5 lettuce leaves
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1 onion
50 g lentils,sprouted
5 cloves garlic
10 g ginger,sliced
10 ml lime juice
2 peppers,green

Recipe Directions for GREEN SALAD

  1. Wash all vegetables

  2. Slice the cucumber,onion and tomatoes

  3. Lay on a bed of lettuce

  4. sprinkle the sprouted lentils

  5. squeeze the lime juice

  6. garnish with cut pepper,garlic and ginger

  7. add salt to taste
