Lettuce, cucumber, carrots, avocado, cherry tomatoes beetroot and corn salad for the family!

Recipe Ingredients for Green salad with home made dressing

1 cup Lettuce (roughly diced)
1/2 cucumber (roughly diced)
8 cherry tomatoes
2 carrots (shredded - if small add more)
1 beet (shredded)
1 avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Green salad with home made dressing

  1. Cut and mix everything.

  2. Add dressing

  3. You can add corn, onions, olives, whatever you like and adjust the oil to your taste.

  4. Usually I add more olive oil for everyone else as it's more yummy!
