Recipe Ingredients for Green Salad with Chana Dal

3 oz mixed greens
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
2 large carrots
2 tbsp dried cranberries, sweetened
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Green Salad with Chana Dal

  1. Put greens in a bowl. Add grated carrots, cranberries, and cooked chana dal.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients to make dressing. Toss with salad and serve.
