2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 cup slices Cucumber
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Green salad with Avocado dressing

  1. Mash avocado add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Chop up tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber in bowl.

  3. Add advocado mix to green salad.
