Recipe Ingredients for Green Rice with Cheese

2 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped parsley
1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
4 celery stalks
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Green Rice with Cheese

toss rice, parsley and cheese together. add celery, eggs and milk. Mix well. Pour into oblong dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
