8 pound pork loin
54 ounce diced tomatoes, undrained
8 ounce diced green chilis, undrained

Recipe Directions for Green Pork Burrito Meat

  1. Place pork loin into large slow cooker.

  2. Pour on tomatoes and green chilis.

  3. Add any other spices you like in Mexican food.

  4. Cook in slow cooker for 10 hours and shred.

  5. Serve with flour tortillas, shredded cheese and salsa.
