4 oz Onions
4 oz Tomatoes, Green
6 serving Cooking Wine
2 oz Extra Light Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Green peppers and tomatoes

  1. Saute chopped peppers, chopped green tomatoes together add chopped onions after they look partially cooked. Continue to saute with the onion.

  2. Add cooking sherry if desired

  3. sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb for flavor.
