Recipe Ingredients for Green Peppers stuffed w/quinoa+hamburger

1 medium tomato
3 peppers Vine Sweet Mini Peppers
10 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
1 medium Onions
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
15 oz Roma Style with Italian Herbs Tomato Sauce
2 serving Trader Joe's Tricolor Quinoa (organic)
2 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Green Peppers stuffed w/quinoa+hamburger

  1. Cook hamburger, onions, and garlic

  2. Cook quinoa

  3. Mix hamburger mixture and quinoa with 3 ozs of tomato sauce, 1 medium chopped tomato, and 3 chopped sweet mini peppers for color.

  4. Cut green peppers in half and fill with stuffing and put in glass baking dish.

  5. Put rest of tomato sauce in bottom of glass baking dish.

  6. Cover with foil and bake about 30-40 minutes at 350.

  7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top just before serving.
