Beef and veggies cooked with soy sauce and ginger.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Pepper Steak Stir Fry

1 lb Round steak
1 c cabbage
1/2 c carrots, chopped
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1/2 c mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 c broccoli, chopped
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
6 oz. spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Green Pepper Steak Stir Fry

  1. Slice beef and marinate in soy sauce with some ground ginger and garlic for about 15 minutes.

  2. Add to olive oil in a hot skillet and brown sides, leaving centers pink.

  3. Add veggies and a 1/2 c of water mixed w/ a tsp. of cornstarch. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Cook spaghetti and strain. Add to vegetables and stir.

  5. Let sauce thicken a bit a serve.
