American take on asian-esque pepper steak

Recipe Ingredients for Green Pepper Steak

1 pound bottom round steak
2 green peppers
1 onion
2 cups diced tomatoes in juice
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon corn starch
2 cups white rice
1 beef bouillon cube

Recipe Directions for Green Pepper Steak

Slice steak into 2 inch strips, put into non-stick skillet and brown. While they are browning slice green peppers and onion, add to meat and let simmer until they begin to become tender. Poor in 2 C diced tomato and beef bouillin cube and cover and simmer for approx 25 minutes. While simmering begin cooking your rice. Mix together cornstarch and soy sauce and slowly pour and stir into steak/pepper mixtute. Let stand approx 5 minutes and serve over white rice.
