Recipe Directions for Green Pepper & Red Onion Omelette

Julianne (cut in small,thin strips) peppers and onions. Put oil in a med heat non-stick pan and saute. add salt-substitute until tender but firm (about 4-5 mins.) You also may want to add some mushrooms if you like. Add the Turkey cut in small strips and saute for 3 minutes. Reserve. Spray another pan with cooking spray, and put on med high. Cook eggbeaters moving around the pan for even cooking. With a plastic spatula, raise the corner of the omelette to allow it to dry. On is soft, add the reserved veggies and turkey ham mix to half of the omelette. Fold and serve.
