Recipe Ingredients for Green Peas stew

4 cups green peas
2 cups carrots, cubed
2 cups coriander
2 tbspn tomato paste
6 tomatoes
3 cups water
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Green Peas stew

  1. Put water in a deep cooking pot, add salt and carrots and cook on high heat.

  2. When carrots are very well done, add grean peas and tomato paste and stir. Let cook for a while.

  3. Remove from heat, add coriander and cover pot.

  4. Serve with rice.

  5. You can add meat (optional).
