A delicious salad with dried shrimp

Recipe Ingredients for GREEN PAPAYA SALAD + DRIED SHRIMP

1 cups papaya,shredded raw green
20 ml lime juice
6 string beans,
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 peppers,green
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp peanuts,roasted

Recipe Directions for GREEN PAPAYA SALAD + DRIED SHRIMP

  1. Grate the raw papaya

  2. Smash a clove of garlic first using a mortar and pestle

  3. Then add green beans and halved cherry tomatoes. Pound a few times just to bruise the beans and get the juice out of the tomatoes

  4. Add chili peppers and crush them just enough to release the hotness, unless you like your salad really hot. Add the green papaya, dried shrimp, toasted peanuts, fish sauce, lime juice and vinegar.
