A delicious and gorgeous salad with a tangy Cilantro-lime dressing. Fix with crispy fried Tofu or replace with Chicken or Steak!

Recipe Ingredients for Green Out Salad

3 oz Firm Tofu
1 cup Spinach
1 cups Romaine Lettuce
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.25 medium Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Cilantro
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.75 fruit (2" dia) Limes

Recipe Directions for Green Out Salad

  1. Mix together EVOO, Lime juice of a small lime, and a cilantro paste (or finely chopped cilantro leaves) for the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over Spinach and Romaine, Cubed Avocado, Bell pepper and Tofu.

  2. Enjoy and feel great!
