A healthy alternative to normal Risotto.

Recipe Ingredients for Green, Orange and Red - Veggie Risotto

350 g risotto
100 g red onion, chopped
100 g broccoli, chopped
100 g carrot, chopped
3/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 oz Parmesan cheese
10 g vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for Green, Orange and Red - Veggie Risotto

  1. Heat olive oil and add garlic and onions

  2. Add Risotto and half the wine.

  3. Cook until wine evaporates.

  4. Add 1 1/2 pints of hot water/veggie cube.

  5. Add in broccoli and carrots.

  6. Cook until Risotto is al dente

  7. Take off heat and stir in cheese to serve.
