Recipe Ingredients for Green Onion Ginger Sauce

1/2 cup green onions
2 tbsp. ginger
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Green Onion Ginger Sauce

  1. Combine 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 2 Tbsp. of finely shredded ginger, oil and salt in a bowl or mortar and pestle, and muddle ingredients together until it looks somewhat like a paste.

  2. Use as a topping for chicken, fish or pork.

  3. I like to use this topping for boiled chicken, steamed fish, or grilled pork. I cook all of these meats with no seasoning, then use this topping as the flavor.
