Bars for weight loss and overall health

Recipe Ingredients for Green Nutrition Bars

3 cups flaxseed
1/4 cups wild rice
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup rye flour
1/2 cup Original Raw Chia Seeds
1 cup dee's cereal
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
1 avocado
.6 package+10+oz Spinach
1/4 cup Organic Peanut Butter
10 fresh eggs
10 egg whites
6 scoops Whey Protein Powder
4 scoops Protein Plus Protein Powder
6 scoops 100% Any Whey Protein
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Green Nutrition Bars

  1. grind flaxseed , wild rice, half of the oats and the chia seeds in the blender

  2. mix that with the dry ingredients in a large mixer

  3. combine eggs, agave nectar, spinach, and avocado in blender

  4. add that to the mixer and mix on medium for a few minutes

  5. add all the rest of the ingredients, and add enough water to make the consistency like a cake batter.

  6. get 2 large, pre greased cookie sheets and split the mixture and pour it in.

  7. bake for 15 min on 375, or until toothpick comes out clean and a little brown on top.

  8. cut into 26 bars per sheet and enjoy, freeze for keeping, i use them for about 2-3 weeks
