1 scoop Whey Protein
1 Glass Water
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Green Monster smoothie (my version)

Put spinach in blender with protein powder. Add water (or a milk product if you prefer), 1 small banana and a few ice cubes. Blend on high--this may take patience.
