Smoothie. Healthy and great for energy. Don't let the spinach scare you off. The banana gives it a sweet taste

Recipe Ingredients for Green Monster

2 cup Spinach
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Green Monster

  1. Layer in order in blender: 2 cups spinach, 1 banana, 1-1.25 c. milk

  2. Blend on highest setting for 1 min.

  3. Add ice and blend on ice setting
