Recipe Ingredients for Green Minestrone

14 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups green beans
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup shelled edamame
283 grams (box) frozen spinach
12 cups water (or stock)
2 cups zucchini, chopped
2 oz ronzoni penne
3 cups chick peas, cooked

Recipe Directions for Green Minestrone

  1. saute chicken, onion, celery in stock until tender

  2. add remaining stock bring to boil

  3. add all vegetable except zucchini and beans cook until tender

  4. add zucchini and beans and bring to boil

  5. add pasta boil for 4 mins

  6. remove from heat

  7. season to taste
