Recipe Ingredients for Green Machine Smoothie

4 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
0.5 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 Apple Apples
0.5 fruit Pineapple
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Machine Smoothie

  1. Peel and dice banana.

  2. Peel, core and chop pineapple.

  3. Peel, core and chop apple. Microwave apple in 2 tbsp. water for 2 minutes.

  4. Finely chop lettuce and kale.

  5. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
